Warranty Coverage

ELEJOURNEY products are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty for original purchaser.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
